Proposed New Housing Development

Application for new development, Nov 2016

An outline planning application has been made for up to 245 houses on land, just over the parish boundary, to the north of Emmer Green. Residents, particularly those in the south-east of the parish, might want to comment to the planners.

The Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Chilterns AONB

Most of the Parish of Kidmore End is already included in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The Council would like to see the AONB extended to include all of the parish.
